As a Sleepy Hollow Homeowner you can take advantage of our storage facilities.

Please contact Wade Wilson, Storage Manager at 307-299-1666 if you would like to use the storage facilities.  If you reach Wade's voice mail please leave him a message.  He is very good about getting back to you as soon as he can.

INSIDE STORAGE: Help make your neighborhood pleasing to all by storing your recreational vehicles, extra cars, trucks, snowmobiles, etc. in our 30,000 square feet covered storage facility.

INSIDE STORAGE FEES:  Homeowner - $35.00 Per Month Per Item       Non-homeowner - $75.00 Per Month Per Item                    

Storage payments are due the 1st of every month.  Please remember to make your payment for storage to: CCCI&SD.  Payment books are available for your storage payments.  If you do not have a payment book or need a new one, please contact Wade or the office at 307-686-1221.  Outside storage is not available to non-homeowners.

OUTSIDE STORAGE FEES: $10.00 Per Item Per Month                                                  

OUTSIDE RESERVED SPACE: $20.00 Per Item Per Month

IF YOU TAKE AN ITEM PERMANENTLY OUT OF THE OUTSIDE STORAGE, YOU MUST SEND A LETTER TO THE OFFICE INFORMING US OF THIS ACTION.
